*7 DAYS RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND POLICY*

At Zaptrics, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day replacement, return, and refund policy for all electronic gadgets, accessories, and other products sold on our website. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return or replacement process.

    • The product must have manufacturing defects or damages caused during transport.

    • The product must be in unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

    • The 7-day return policy does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, or negligence on the customer’s part.

    • Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request and determine whether the product is eligible for return or replacement.

    • Reverse Pickup: If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged for the product.

  • Replacement Policy:
    • Zaptrics will attempt to replace the exact product originally ordered.

    • If the product is no longer available, an alternate product of similar value may be offered.

    • Replacement is free of cost if the product meets our return policy conditions.

  • Refund Policy:
    • Product Replacement: We prioritize replacing damaged or incorrect items. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you can notify us via phone or email, and we will issue Zaptrics store credit for the product's equivalent value.

    • Store Credit: Store credit can be used for future purchases on Zaptrics and will be reflected in your account once the return is processed.

    • Cash Refunds: At this time, we do not provide cash refunds; all refunds are provided as store credit.

  • Non-Returnable Products:
    • Products with signs of use, tampering, or those that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.

    • Items without original packaging, labels, or tags intact will not be accepted.

  • Important Notes:
    • Zaptrics reserves the right to deny any return or replacement requests if the product does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

    • Return shipping charges will be covered by Zaptrics for eligible products, while for third-time exchanges, customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
